Noah from allmelbourne-hotels.com
We had an incredible stay at the hotel in V&A waterfront. The staff welcomed us with warmth and genuine hospitality. They were always available to assist and made us feel right at home. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with rooms being spacious and well-maintained. The facilities provided were excellent, from the variety of shops and restaurants within walking distance to the breathtaking views of the harbor and sea. The breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious food, and the chefs and waiters did an outstanding job in introducing and explaining the wonderful dishes. We were impressed by the professional and graceful service provided by the staff at all levels. Truly an unforgettable experience in this city!
Nothing to mention.
Lucas from hotels-in-amsterdam.net
We had a fantastic stay here! The hotel was immaculately clean, and the rooms had large windows that let in a lot of natural light, offering breathtaking views of both the ocean and mountains. The breakfast spread was amazing, with a large variety of delicious options to choose from. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We also appreciated the personalized service, with hand-written notes upon arrival and flower petals on the bed after turndown service.
Cannot find any fault.

Wonderful location in the Waterfront area of the city, with direct access to the shopping mall.
Cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional.
The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, including champagne and fresh seafood.
Helpful and attentive staff.
Can't think of anything.
Avgust Khlebnikov from auckland-besthotels.com
We had a fantastic stay! The hotel was clean and the amenities provided were really nice. The location was excellent, connected to the mall and in the heart of the tourist attractions. We didn't need a shuttle and taxis could come straight to the hotel entrance. The breakfast coffee was excellent, far better than other places. The staff, including the employees at the reception, concierge desk, and restaurant, were always helpful and willing to support.
All was good.
