The hotel had outstanding cleanliness and top-notch facilities. Additionally, the staff provided excellent service, especially Papy who assisted us in settling into our room. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options and the location was ideal, situated in the heart of the city with easy access to popular attractions such as the Slavery Museum, District Six Museum, parliament, St George's Cathedral, and the vibrant Bo Kaap area.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The check-in and check-out process was smooth. The rooms were impeccably clean and neat. The hotel facilities were outstanding, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the middle of the city, and close to the V&A Waterfront. The staff were friendly and always willing to help, especially the front desk who promptly responded to our special request for a bath plug. The breakfast spread was excellent, and the meals at Mint and Bombay Brasserie were delicious. Special mention to Wiseman and his staff at Mint, who were polite and helpful.

The service at this hotel was exceptional, from the friendly and helpful staff to the convenient and clean room facilities. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to the city center and many popular attractions. The shuttle bus provided made it easy to explore the city, including the Slavery Museum, District Six Museum, the parliament, St George's Cathedral, and the Bo Kaap area. Additionally, the delicious breakfast and overall cleanliness of the hotel were top-notch.
Couldn't stay longer due to the disappointing room initially assigned and the lack of vegan or vegetarian options for breakfast.
The hotel could improve on providing rooms with better views and ensuring that vegan and vegetarian guests have sufficient food options.
