I loved the immaculate rooms and the good service provided. The hotel's central location, just a road away from the lively Long Street, made it easy for me to explore the city. The courtesy shuttle was a great bonus, with scheduled trips to and from the V&A Waterfront and Camps Bay. The hotel even had a locked off room at Camps Bay with changing rooms, bathrooms, and lockers, which was very convenient.
Nothing to complain about at all.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a comfortable atmosphere. The location was excellent, being very close to Kloofstreet, Bree street, and Bo Kaap. It was also within easy reach of the city center and numerous top-notch bars and restaurants. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my anniversary celebration extra special with a personalized cake and champagne. The breakfast provided was also enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The bedroom was comfortable, with excellent quality and condition bed linen. The location was great, with fantastic views of the mountains and city from our room. The staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful. There was always someone available if needed and questions were answered very quickly. The bar staff was great, very helpful and attentive. We also enjoyed a massage at the spa and felt the therapist was great. this hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
There was nothing we didn't like.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the city center of Cape Town. The location was superb, as it was less than 15 minutes away from all the attractions in this area. Plus, it was just next to Mama Africa, a popular restaurant, and surrounded by other great dining options. The in-house taxi service was convenient and made it easy to get around. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, and the stylishly designed apartments with their trendy furnishings were a highlight. The views of Table Mountain and the sea from the balconies were absolutely breathtaking. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the breakfast offered a wide range of choices that were not only delicious but also healthy. Lastly, the staff was always available and extremely helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was exceptional, with the room being beautifully neat and clean. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a sauna exclusive to guests. The breakfast options were fantastic, with a wide variety to choose from both buffet and a la carte. The staff were excellent, from the reception to the kitchen and housekeeping. The shuttle drivers were reliable and the hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city and even visit Franschhoek.
