The location of this hotel is perfect. It is right by the beach and just next to Sea Point, with a stunning view of Lion's Head and the sea from the common area. The hotel is also within walking distance to the main street of Sea Point, which offers a wide variety of cafes, restaurants, stores, and supermarkets. Transportation is easily accessible, including public transport. The hotel facilities include an outdoor swimming pool and a terrasse with a nice view. The staff, especially Yvonne, was friendly, calm, and very helpful in arranging activities during our stay.

We had an incredible stay at this guest house. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean and spacious rooms that had all the necessary amenities. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, ensuring that we had everything we needed during our stay. The location was ideal, just a stone's throw away from the promenade and the beach, allowing us to enjoy beautiful walks and breathtaking sunsets. Additionally, the delicious breakfast provided was the perfect start to our days.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were its close proximity to the ocean, making it perfect for enjoying the sunset with a refreshing drink on the beach. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, including a terrace and a pool where we could relax and unwind. We also appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, being just next to Sea Point and easily accessible by public transportation. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating.

The hotel's location opposite the awesome beach allowed me to enjoy the sunrise and sunset at the ocean. Being right by the sea was a fantastic experience. The staff, especially Noki, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I also loved the fact that I had my own key and remote, giving me the freedom to come and go as I pleased.

The hotel's location near the beach made it convenient for me to have a lovely breakfast and then spend the day enjoying the ocean. The facilities were clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. Additionally, the parking was convenient, allowing me to easily come and go as I pleased.
