We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was reasonably convenient, allowing us to easily drive to various places of interest in this city within 30 minutes. The hotel provided free and secure parking, which was a great convenience for us. Moreover, the hotel facilities were impressive, with a well-kept outdoor pool and garden area where we could relax and unwind. The breakfast served was excellent, with a variety of options including a good continental breakfast and an excellent latte machine. The staff, including Beatrice and Brenda, were friendly and kind, providing us with an upgrade to a much larger room with a balcony and kitchen area at no extra cost. The cleanliness of the room and the comfortable amenities made our stay enjoyable.

The hotel provided attentive and involved service without being too intrusive.
The towels in our room were not replaced regularly, which was a small inconvenience, but overall, it did not hinder our enjoyable experience at this hotel.
